Engineering Intern — Logistics
Develop practical supply-chain experience by supporting stock accuracy, warehouse coordination and delivery planning. Use reliable records and clear communication to help materials and orders move through the business.
Responsibilities
• Assist with receiving checks, stock records and cycle-count preparation.
• Compare delivery or receiving documents with recorded quantities and flag discrepancies.
• Support picking, dispatch documentation and delivery-status tracking.
• Help track lead times, stock availability and outstanding supply actions.
• Prepare simple summaries of inventory movements and delivery performance.
• Document logistics processes and suggest improvements for supervisor review.
What you bring
• Studying or recently completed a qualification in logistics, supply-chain management, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, basic calculations and careful document handling.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate discrepancies.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate tasks with colleagues.
• Interest in warehousing, inventory control and transport planning; relevant coursework or projects are welcome.
• State your availability and any academic placement requirements.
